libpe-rules2-dev software package provides Development file for pacemakers rules library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpe-rules2-dev
libpe-rules2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpe-rules2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpe-rules2-dev *
You will get with libpe-rules2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
